Our standard
Our Quality Standard
We make products that go in children's mouths, so our standard starts with what we can prove — the right materials, tested and shown to be safe, before anything ships. This page is public, and we'll keep it honest as our testing program comes online.
Version 1.0 — we'll update this as our testing program comes online.
Materials
Every surface that touches food, liquid, or a child's mouth is 304 (18/8) stainless steel. The colored outer shell is food-grade silicone. We chose these two materials because they're inert, durable, and well-documented for safe food contact.
What we test for
Before we sell anything, independent lab testing confirms three things: that the stainless steel is genuinely 304 (18/8) grade; that neither the steel nor the silicone contains anything harmful; and that both materials are food-safe.
We'll meet every test required to sell in the United States, and we'll publish the results as they're completed.
What we won't use
No BPA, BPS, or other bisphenols. No PVC. No phthalates. No lead. No PFAS coatings. No melamine. No painted or printed graphics on any food-contact surface. If a material can't clear our food-safety testing, it doesn't go in the product.
Where we are today
We're a new brand, and we're honest about where we are: this is the standard we're building the company around, not a badge we've already earned. As our testing program comes online, we'll publish results here — including anything that doesn't pass the first time — and revise this page as we learn.
